Refund Policy

Loqua.marketing is committed to transparency, offering a clear refund policy for all contracted services:
1. Scope
Applies to:
- MKT GO Plan 💪and RevOps ON 🔥 Programme
- Marketing/tech stack implementation
- À la carte services (consulting, training, branding, automation, design, campaigns, development)
2. Right to Cancel
Clients may terminate contracts within 15 calendar days of service initiation, provided:
- Cancellation is emailed to info@loqua.marketing
- Services have not been fully executed or irreversibly customized
- Client agrees to pay unrecoverable costs (e.g., domain registrations, third-party design/development)
3. Non-Refundable Services
All customized services are non-refundable after proposal acceptance (per Article 17 of EU Directive 2011/83).
4. Payment & Refund Terms
- Advance/partial payments may be required.
- Monthly maintenance contracts: 15-day cancellation notice. No refunds for invoiced periods.
- Valid refunds processed within 30 days of approval.
